Engineered for endurance. Fabricated for precision. Laser, brake, weld, coat and assemble — the whole production process under one 36,000 sq ft roof.
Since 2017, Top J Metal Works has delivered commercial precision sheet metal from Giddings, TX. We pair high-speed CNC laser, punch and forming with seasoned hand welding and finishing to produce parts that fit the print the first time.
Serving OEMs and builders across Texas
One shop, end to end
Engineering, cutting, forming, welding, finishing and assembly all happen under one roof in Giddings — fewer hand-offs, tighter control, dependable dates.
We use SolidWorks CAD and CAM software to model parts and boost precision in your projects.
In-house high-performance sheet and tube cutting laser machines and CNC punch to meet high-volume demands.
Our CNC press brakes offer high-precision bending on a wide range of materials and sizes.
Our shop houses TIG, MIG and laser welding machines alongside a team of skilled welders for any project.
We offer in-house powder coating services, simplifying and shortening the production process.
Our high-tolerance drilling and milling machines allow us to match designs and eliminate downstream assembly issues.
We offer assembly services, including mechanical assembly.
Laser & CNC Punch
High-speed fiber lasers cut clean, burr-light edges in steel, stainless and aluminum — nested tight to keep material cost down and parts moving to the brake the same day.

Bending
Segmented tooling, digital back gauges and operators who set up to the print — so formed parts land on tolerance from the first piece through the last.

Welding
Dedicated weld bays with fixture tables, screens and certified welders — from thin stainless enclosures to heavy structural frames built square and true.

How it works
Send prints, STEP files or a DXF. We review material, tolerances and quantity and return pricing with a realistic lead time.
Our SolidWorks team models the part, flattens it for the laser and flags anything that would cause fit or cost issues.
Sheet and tube laser, turret punch, then CNC press brakes hold bend angles and flange dimensions run to run.
TIG, MIG and laser welding plus Haeger hardware insertion turn loose parts into finished weldments.
In-house deburring, graining and powder coating keep the whole job under one roof and off a truck.
Parts are checked against the print, packaged to protect the finish and shipped across Texas and beyond.
