Quote
Send prints, STEP files or a DXF. We review material, tolerances and quantity and return pricing with a realistic lead time.
Design & DFM
Our SolidWorks team models the part, flattens it for the laser and flags anything that would cause fit or cost issues.
Cut & Form
Sheet and tube laser, turret punch, then CNC press brakes hold bend angles and flange dimensions run to run.
Weld & Insert
TIG, MIG and laser welding plus Haeger hardware insertion turn loose parts into finished weldments.
Finish
In-house deburring, graining and powder coating keep the whole job under one roof and off a truck.
Inspect & Ship
Parts are checked against the print, packaged to protect the finish and shipped across Texas and beyond.

What we cut, form and weld
- Mild steel
- Up to 1" plate on the BODOR P3; HR, CR and pre-galvanized sheet.
- Stainless steel
- Up to 1"; 304 and 316 in #4 and mill finish.
- Aluminum
- Up to 30mm; 5052 and 6061 sheet and plate.
- Tube & structural
- Round ⌀0.315"–⌀9", square and rectangular to 9", I-beam 10#–14#.
- Galvanized & galvannealed
- Formed and welded with finishing options for corrosion resistance.
- Hardware
- PEM-style studs, standoffs and nuts installed in-house on Haeger presses.
