Quality first
Every part is checked against the print before it leaves the floor.
About
Since 2017, Top J Metal Works has delivered commercial precision sheet metal solutions from a 36,000 sq ft facility — engineering, cutting, forming, welding, finishing and assembly for customers across Texas.
Our commitment
We are dedicated to producing superior and reliable products and services for our customers while pursuing continuous improvement to meet ever-changing industry needs.
From the 36,000 sq ft shop at 645 S Dallas St., Giddings, TX 78942, we serve fabrication customers across Texas — prototypes, production runs and everything in between.
Every part is checked against the print before it leaves the floor.
Realistic lead times, confirmed with the quote and tracked through production.
Process feedback, tooling upgrades and training keep standards rising.
We work with engineers and buyers as an extension of their supply chain.
How we operate
CAD-driven design and high-tolerance machining so parts fit the way the print says they should — every release, not just the first article.
Cutting, forming, welding, hardware, powder coating and assembly under one roof. Fewer hand-offs, fewer surprises, shorter lead times.
Prototype today, repeating production tomorrow — the same team, tooling and process control follow the part from first cut to shipment.
Track record
Every investment followed the same logic: bring one more step of the job in-house, master it, then add the next. The result is a shop where a part rarely leaves the building between first cut and final coating.
Top J Metal Works opens its doors serving Central Texas fabricators.
AMADA lasers, turret punch and press brakes bring high-volume cutting and forming in-house.
In-house powder coating line removes outside-vendor delays from the schedule.
Sheet and tube laser, 247-ton forming, nine welding stations and full assembly.
